These terms apply to the complimentary Mystery Gift received under the Root Spring "SUBSCRIBE & SAVE" plan.

1. Eligibility and Commitment

1.1. To qualify for the Mystery Gift Reward, customers must be subscribed to any active Root Spring monthly subscription plan (Ginny 40, Ginny 100, Ginny 300, or Ginny 500).

1.2. The customer must maintain an active, uninterrupted subscription for a minimum commitment period of six (6) consecutive months.

 

2. Gift Tier Structure

The value and type of the Mystery Gift are determined by the customer's highest active subscription tier maintained during the six-month commitment period:

Ginny 40g | Thirteen Honey 75g

Ginny 100 | Thirteen Honey 250g

Ginny 300 | Thirteen Honey 500g

Ginny 500 | Thirteen Honey 850g

 

3. Gift Distribution

3.1. Upon successful completion of the six (6) month commitment period, an automatic Reward Notification email will be sent to the eligible subscriber's registered email address.

3.2. This email will contain instructions on how the complimentary gift will be arranged for delivery (or: how to receive the complimentary gift).

3.3. The gift reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other Root Spring products.

 

4. Early Termination and Forfeiture

4.1. If the subscription is cancelled or suspended by the customer for any reason before the completion of the six (6) consecutive months, the customer will forfeit the right to the Mystery Gift Reward. The gift offer will be voided.

4.2. No pro-rated gifts or partial rewards will be offered in the event of early termination.

 

5. General Conditions

5.1. The specific brand, flavor, or packaging of the Thirteen Honey is subject to availability and may be substituted with a product of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of Root Spring.

5.2. Root Spring reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
